Lovely, quiet area with good air conditioning, perfect for hot days.

The bathroom shower was very cramped, making it challenging to use comfortably.

If your plans include rest, I recommend this place. The rooms are beautifully maintained and functional, with WiFi and climate control. The staff is welcoming and supper friendly. It has a good choice of meals to offer, the food is tasty.

A really nice experience in the center of Pisa. And near the leaning tower and shops and the tourist area.

The check-in process was uncomfortable, and the manager was unresponsive after initial contact. The room showed signs of wear and tear with minimal cleaning evident in the bathroom. The lack of breakfast service was disappointing since many B&Bs still promote that feature.

It had local food! The personnel was very friendly, and the owner too.

This is a cheap fairly clean hotel providing nice little and air conditioned rooms. The staff are helpful and amiable. Also, the location is magnificent, minutes from Knights' Square. There's no better place to stay in Pisa...

Charming accommodation, cute staff, perfect location with easy access to the train station , made our explorations hassle-free.

A lot of improvement is needed!!! The shower space is impractically tiny and features a broken shower head!!! It's quite disappointing that this facility is bed-only, with no breakfast available as advertised!!!

The room was clean, had air conditioning and a tv. The bathroom had a bidet and shower. There were nice touches like towels and hand sanitiser. The heating worked fine and the non-feather pillows were comfy. Access was only via steep stairs, but overall, a cozy spot close to attractions.

Had a great stay with decent comfort and charming old design, but the shower was super cramped. I'd definitely go back for the coziness and nearby dining options!

Stayed in a double room and it was pretty comfortable. The room was airy with a nice high ceiling and some greenery outside. The bed was okay, and the lights were a cozy touch. A bit of a bummer though, the shower was cramped, and the bathroom layout wasn't great. But overall, the decor was nice and it had some charm.
